Florian Schmidt

Founder

With 30 years in the cycling industry, Florian brings deep experience in bikes, racing, and the business behind them. He also played a key role in guiding his son, Tibor Del Grosso, from a young rider to becoming a U23 Cyclo-cross World Champion. 

His experience on both sides of cycling continues to shape RAZL’s approach to products, brands, and performance.

Cong Sun (Scott)

Founder

With a background in the bicycle brand industry, Scott brings experience in product development, brand building, and the international cycling market.

His focus is on finding products with real potential and connecting strong brands with riders who appreciate performance, design, and value.

Wouter Wittermans

Tech & Service

As Head of Service, focuses on the experience after the sale—from product support and communication to making sure riders receive the help they need when it matters.
