OVERFAST provides a 2-year limited warranty on cranksets against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur under normal use and are confirmed by OVERFAST. Damage caused by accidents, crashes, improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Warranty Scope
The warranty applies to confirmed manufacturing defects that are not caused by the user.
Warranty claims require clear photos and/or videos of the issue, together with a description of the defect. All claims are subject to inspection and approval by OVERFAST.
For an approved crank arm warranty claim, the defective crank arm must be permanently destroyed, for example by drilling a hole through it. Proof of destruction must be provided before a replacement is issued.
If only one crank arm is defective, only the affected crank arm will be replaced.
For damage caused by crashes or accidents, OVERFAST offers a Crash Replacement Programme, allowing eligible customers to purchase a replacement product at 30% off the recommended retail price.
