RORE provides a 3-year limited warranty on the main structure of all wheelsets from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects affecting the rim, hub shell, spokes, nipples, and axle, provided the damage is not caused by external impact, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Scope
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty claims require the original proof of purchase (invoice or official order confirmation) and the After-sales Warranty Card. If proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period may be calculated from the product's manufacturing date.
Accessories and consumable components, including bearings, tubeless rim tape, valves, and quick-release/axle levers, are generally excluded or subject to a limited 6–12 month warranty. Normal wear, fading, stickers, and bearing wear are not covered.
Damage caused by accidents, collisions, improper installation or maintenance, incompatible components, excessive tire pressure or load, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal aging is not covered by the warranty.
Depending on the inspection, RORE may provide free repair, component replacement, or complete wheelset replacement with the same or equivalent model.
In addition, RORE offers a Cycling Accident Care Plan, allowing customers whose wheelset is damaged in a riding accident to purchase a replacement wheelset from the same series at a discount of approximately 30–40%, subject to inspection and the applicable terms.
